My Mission:
About Joni
Joni was invited to a friend's birthday party when she was 16, tried the products, and fell in love with them after trying 30+ skin care products for her problem skin. She used Mary Kay for 2 years and joined when she went to College. She "played" Mary Kay as a hobby for a few years, then graduated and got a job in her field of Psychology and Youth Ministry. Joni joined Mary Kay a second time in August of 2008 while working as a counselor and behavior coordinator of juvenile delinquents at a military residential facility. While the work was rewarding, the schedule was taxing and the days, nights, weekends, and holidays schedule got to be too much. She burnt out because the schedule didn’t work with her family nor fit in with her priorities of faith and family coming before career! She called her director and created a plan for her to be able to replace her income so she could leave her job. This time (the 2nd time in Mary Kay), she wanted to "work" Mary Kay as a business, not "play" Mary Kay as a hobby. After just 6 weeks of working Mary Kay consistently as a business holding 2-3 classes a week, she was not only able to replace her income, but also able to exceed it and in May 2009 quit her job! The following month, she went on-target to earn her car, and earned it in September. In July she went into qualification to become an Independent Sales Director and debuted in November 2009.
Joni has 80+ consultants entrusted to her leadership and is quickly building the unit as she helps others move up the career path and achieve their dreams. She has earned the use of her 6th Mary Kay Career Car and is currently driving the Chevy Equinox. Her unit is in qualification for the Pink Cadillac! They are currently working to be the youngest Pink Cadillac Unit in PA!
Joni’s Mary Kay career has bought her family a houseful of gifts and prizes including appliances, decorations, diamond rings, and 2 trips around the world. Because of the freedom and flexibility this business affords, Joni is able to be the sole provider for her family while her husband, Matthew fulfills his dream of being a stay at home dad.
If Joni could have asked Mary Kay Ash one question before she passed it would have been, “how could I ever thank you for helping me become all that I could and using all the gifts the Lord blessed me with?” Mary Kay Ash’s response would have been, “pass it on.”

People Would be Surprised That I: Go barefoot every chance I get, I love to travel in foreign countries, and enjoy the thrill of extreme sports!
Her Bucket List: to travel to 50 countries by the age of 50. I've been to 41 so far
My Best Asset: I never quit, and my ability to speak from my heart.
To Unwind I: Get a massage, curl up with my hubby and kids and watch a good movie.
When I’m Worried I: Pray, and work hard so the Lord can bless my efforts.
My Favorite City: Salzburg, Austria & Interlaken, Switzerland. I lived there in college.
Favorite Dream Destination: Fiji, Australia, and New Zealand in the same trip!
